These terms and conditions govern all purchases made on the Miravi platform.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase.

2. Product Details

All our jewelry is crafted with 92.5 sterling silver and stamped with a 925 seal for authenticity.

Variations in size, color, and texture of gemstones or pearls may occur as they are natural materials, adding to their unique character.

Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual items may vary slightly due to design and finishing.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes .

Payment can be made through Cards, NEFT, UPI.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally. Shipping charges and estimated delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Delays caused by customs or unforeseen events are beyond our control, but we’ll work to resolve them promptly.

Orders will be dispatched within 3-4 business days after payment confirmation.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in their original packaging. An unboxing video is necessary for us to proceed with the return.

Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. Warranty and Repairs

All Miravi jewelry comes with a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects.       (This does not include the damages occurred due to mishandling the product )

Repairs beyond the warranty period may incur additional charges. Contact us for an assessment.

7. Care Instructions

 To maintain the beauty of your jewelry:

Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, and moisture.

Do not wear the jewelry to bath, bed or while working out.

Store pieces in the original packaging or a soft pouch

Miravi is not responsible for damage caused by improper care.

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on Miravi’s platform are protected under intellectual property laws.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Payment details are processed securely; we do not store credit/debit card information.

10. Limitation of Liability

 Miravi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the purchased product.

These terms are governed by the laws of Indian Government. Disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.
